Innovative technology
Wet materials enter the internal heating fluidized bed through the feeding device and form fluidization in the built-in heat exchanger area under the action of hot air. Hot water is supplied to the heat exchanger, and most of the heat required for material dehydration is provided by the heat exchanger. The moisture in the material evaporates and is carried away by the drying medium. Under the action of the drying medium, the material is discharged through the discharge port after drying and enters the next process. The dry exhaust gas carrying moisture and a small amount of dust enters the cyclone dust collector and bag filter device, and the dust is recovered. The exhaust gas is finally discharged by the induced draft fan.

Features of the Solution
