Main features:
1. Constant current: Using flow, pressure, temperature sensors and microcontroller measurement and control technology, the flow rate of the vacuum pump is automatically controlled to achieve constant flow sampling. The working point flow rate of the six level sieve cutter is 28.3L/min.
2. It has airtightness detection function.
3. Power outage protection: During the sampling process, if there is a power outage, the data can be automatically saved and the sampling can continue after the power is restored.
4. Overload protection: During the sampling process, if the sampling flow deviates from the set flow by more than ± 10% for 5 consecutive minutes, the instrument will automatically shut down for protection.
5. It can automatically measure and display parameters such as ambient temperature, atmospheric pressure, flow rate, sampling volume (standard condition, working condition, reference, sampling time, power outage time), etc.
6. Able to digitally set parameters such as sampling flow rate (operating conditions), sampling time, interval sampling time, sampling volume, etc.
7. Able to digitally calibrate values such as flow rate, temperature, pressure, and time.
8. Data storage and export: It can automatically store 100 pieces of sampling data, which can be viewed, printed, and exported from a USB drive.
9. Mold based production, high reliability, small size, and light weight.
10. The sampler is easy and simple to fix on the triangular bracket (patented technology).
11. This instrument is not suitable for explosion-proof field conditions.
