
Product Introduction
Membrane bioreactor (MBR) is a new wastewater treatment technology that combines modern membrane separation technology with biotechnology. It uses membrane separation equipment to effectively intercept activated sludge and large molecular organic matter in the biochemical reaction tank, replacing the secondary sedimentation tank, greatly increasing the concentration (biomass) of activated sludge in the biochemical reaction tank, achieving separate control of hydraulic retention time (HRT) and sludge retention time (SRT), and intercepting difficult to degrade large molecular organic matter in the reactor for continuous reaction and degradation. Therefore, membrane bioreactors greatly improve the treatment efficiency of bioreactors through membrane separation technology. Compared with traditional biological treatment processes, membrane bioreactors have the advantages of high biochemical efficiency, strong resistance to shock loads, good and stable effluent quality, small footprint, long sludge discharge cycle, and easy implementation of automatic control. They are currently one of the promising wastewater biological treatment technologies in the fields of high concentration organic wastewater treatment, domestic sewage treatment, and reclaimed water reuse treatment.
