Product Information
epMotion5070 adopts the classic Eppendorf gas piston pipetting technology; Therefore, the experiment of manual liquid transfer operation can be easily transplanted to EPMotion5070 Liquid Processing Workstation. The constantly expanding consumables library can also ensure that existing programs are directly ported to the epMotion 5070 pipetting workstation. The optical sensor of the epMotion 5070 pipetting workstation can detect the correct placement of consumables on the workbench before each operation, automatically detect the height of the liquid level, and confirm the type and available quantity of suction heads.
Optical Sensor - Verify Settings Before Operation
All epMotion 5070, 5073, and 5075 systems have optical sensor functionality. It can check the loading status of the suction head on the work board, distinguish the suction head volume, and whether there is a filter element. For EPT.I.P.S. Motion boxes that are not fully loaded, optical sensors can count the number of available suction heads. Before operation, this scanning function can also be used to verify whether the consumables type set by the user is located in the correct position on the workbench. Optical sensors can also check whether the volume of liquid in the container can ensure safe operation.
The epMotion workstation for liquid separation tools can automatically switch between the separation tools connected to the robotic arm.
Eight different liquid separation tools are available, all based on Eppendorf's classic air cushion pipetting technology
Free jet pipetting, without the need for pipelines or bubbles, minimizes the possibility of cross contamination to the greatest extent possible
Contact pipettes with a volume of less than 1 µ L can achieve better results
Excellent pipetting accuracy, with an error of less than 2% cv when pipetting 1 µ L*
› Pipette volumes: 0.2-10 µ L, 1-50 µ L, 20-300 µ L, and 40-1000 µ L
› Single track or 8-track
› High temperature and high pressure sterilization and easy maintenance
› Automatic calibration warning
Calibration complies with ISO 8655 standard
