Asbestos rubber sheet, also known as asbestos board, cotton rubber gasket, asbestos fiber board, high temperature resistant asbestos board, is produced using materials such as asbestos, glass fiber, and clay according to scientific formulas. It has strong tensile strength, can withstand pressure, and can withstand temperatures up to around 1000 ℃. It can be used for insulation, thermal insulation, sound insulation, industrial furnaces, industrial electric furnaces, boilers, steel plants, chemical plants, aluminum casting plants, and general electrical insulation.

Asbestos rubber sheets are mainly made of asbestos fibers and rubber, supplemented with rubber additives and fillers, and processed through mixing, hot rolling, vulcanization and other processes. Asbestos rubber gaskets can be divided into ordinary asbestos rubber gaskets and oil resistant asbestos rubber gaskets based on their formula, process performance, and usage. According to the temperature and pressure used, it can be divided into low-pressure asbestos rubber gaskets, medium pressure asbestos rubber gaskets, and high-pressure asbestos rubber gaskets. Suitable for sealing water, steam, oil, solvents, medium acids, and alkalis, asbestos gaskets are mainly used for sealing medium and low pressure flange connections.
