The raw materials are sequentially sent to the preheater and the tube heater through the feed pump. The heated liquid enters the vaporization chamber for vaporization and separation, and the secondary gas enters the secondary effect as a heating source to continue heating. The liquid after gas-liquid separation enters the crystal growth chamber and forms layers according to different densities. The supernatant continues to enter the heater for further circulation, so that the crystals formed each time continue to evaporate and crystallize in the crystal growth chamber. The residual amount of liquid crystals in the heating chamber is very small, effectively avoiding scaling of the heating tube and extending the service life. Due to the high crystal content in the original solution, three effects were used to feed the raw materials separately, and the flow rates of each effect were controlled to ensure the balance between feeding and discharging crystals. Each effect operates independently, with the secondary gas from the first effect entering the second effect as the heating source, and the secondary gas from the second effect entering the third effect as the heating source, fully utilizing energy and saving energy consumption.
