Substrate:This ink is made by grinding imported high-end modified tree fingers, crosslinking agents, and pigments. It is a single component baking glass and metal ink.
Product Features:High gloss, high color fastness, high temperature resistance, good leveling, low odor. After the sample is dried, it has excellent adhesion to glass and metal (aluminum, tinplate). Resistant to boiling and alcohol rubbing.

Instructions for Use:
1. When using, the ratio with diluent is: 100 parts ink+(15-20) parts dilution water+(1.8-2.5%) adhesion promoter.
2. The adhesion promoter is packaged separately and must be added and stirred evenly according to the above ratio before printing to ensure the adhesion of the ink to the glass. Adding adhesion promoter ink must be used within 1 month to 1 and a half months, as exceeding the deadline may cause the ink to gel.
3. Dilution water: Mix with Zhongyi GPA-03 dilution water.
4. Printing methods: screen printing, machine printing, or manual printing are all acceptable.
5. Drying conditions:
130 ℃~160 ℃: 20-25 minutes;
160 ℃: 20 minutes;
The crosslinking reaction is more thorough and the drying effect is better when dried at 160 ℃.
6. Boiling resistance: After the printed sample is dry, it can withstand boiling at 100 ℃ for 30 minutes without discoloration or fading, and has good adhesion.
7. After the ink sample dries completely, it is resistant to alcohol rubbing.
8. Adhesion: Scratch method, completely non peeling (3M tape).
9. Wear resistance: resistant to nail scratches and has good scratch resistance.

Ink storage period:(Before adding adhesion promoter) 1 and a half to 2 years

Notes:
1. Metal substrates (such as tinplate and aluminum sheet) generally contain anti rust oil, which can affect adhesion. Pay attention to removing the oil before printing.
2. The surface characteristics of glass substrates are diverse. This ink cannot be guaranteed to be suitable under any conditions. Customers should try this ink before using it.
