The ZXX (Q) type pneumatic thin film three-way high-temperature regulating valve adopts a He tube thin-walled window shaped valve core structure, which is different from the liner guidance of the plunger shaped valve core. Equipped with multiple spring actuators, it has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, small volume, and easy disassembly and assembly. Widely used for precise control of gas, liquid and other media, process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, and liquid level are maintained at given values. Suitable for situations where a fluid is split into two streams through a three-way valve or two fluids are combined into one fluid through a three-way valve.
This series of products has two types: three-way merging and three-way branching. The nominal pressures are 1.6, 4.0, and 6.4 MPa; The valve body diameter range is DN25~200. The applicable fluid temperature ranges from -60 ℃ to+450 ℃. The leakage standard is level IV. There are two types of flow characteristics: straight lines and parabolas.
