Product Description:

ZXPD pneumatic thin film low-temperature angle regulating valve is a regulating valve used in low-temperature and deep cold applications. Adopting a long neck valve cover for insulation and equipped with a multi spring actuator structure, it has the advantages of compact overall structure, light weight, and good stability. The valve body adopts a precision cast angular structure and is made of aluminum alloy, which has good low temperature resistance. The bellows seal ensures that the regulating valve does not leak in low-temperature situations. Therefore, it is widely used in low-temperature and cryogenic applications such as metallurgy, air separation, oxygen production, petroleum, chemical industry, etc. Specially suitable for precise control of process parameters for low-temperature gases and fluids (such as liquid oxygen, liquid argon, etc.) to maintain given values.
This series of products comes in two types: connection plate installation type and floating sleeve installation type. The nominal pressure rating is PN0.6MPa, and the valve body diameter range is DN20~100. It is suitable for various grades in the fluid temperature range of -60 ℃~-250 ℃. There are two leakage levels, IV and VI, and the flow characteristics are linear or equal percentage. A variety of varieties and specifications are available for selection.
