Performance characteristics of ZW stainless steel self-priming sewage pump
The ZW self-priming sewage pump was successfully developed by our engineering and technical personnel by absorbing foreign technology and combining it with the actual situation of China's electromechanical industry. This pump has a novel structure of impeller and pump body, which not only eliminates the need for a bottom valve like a typical self-priming pump, but also allows for larger particles and longer fibers, making it have a broad application market and development prospects. ZW type self-priming sewage pump, also known as solid-liquid pump or impurity pump. The hydraulic design of this series of pumps is unique. The impeller is enclosed in a separate impeller chamber, which is connected to a pressurized water chamber. When the impeller rotates, the liquid inside the pump generates a strong axial vortex, creating a vacuum at the inlet and a head at the outlet. Therefore, impurities can be discharged from the pressure chamber, so its flow channel is completely unobstructed, and its sewage discharge effect is unparalleled by other self-priming sewage pumps. The ZW self-priming sewage pump produced by our unit does not require the installation of a bottom valve like a general self-priming water pump, and can also suck and discharge sewage containing large solid particles, long fibers, sediments, waste impurities, feces treatment, and all engineering wastewater.
Self suction sewage pumps can be widely used in industries such as municipal sewage engineering, light industry, papermaking, textile, food, chemical, electrical, petroleum, mining, and river pond aquaculture. Working principle of ZW stainless steel self-priming sewage pump
ZW type self-priming non clogging sewage pump is mainly composed of pump body, impeller, back cover, mechanical seal, pump shaft, bearing seat, inlet valve, gas-liquid separation pipe, water inlet valve, inlet and outlet pipes, etc. The structure of the pump is shown in the diagram. The working principle of ZW self-priming sewage pump: There is a liquid storage chamber in the pump body, which is connected to the pump working chamber through the upper reflux hole and the lower circulation hole, forming an axial flow external mixing system of the pump. After the pump stops working, there is already a certain volume of liquid stored in the pump chamber. When the pump is started, the liquid stored in the relevant authorities is ejected upwards with air under the action of the impeller. The liquid flows back to the working chamber through the grid of the gas-liquid separation tube, and the gas is discharged outside the pump, creating a certain degree of vacuum inside the pump and achieving self-priming.

Product usage conditions
1. Environmental temperature ≤ 50 ℃, medium temperature ≤ 80 ℃, special requirements can reach 200 ℃
2. The pH value of the medium is 6-9 grade for cast iron and 2-13 grade for stainless steel.
3. The medium density shall not exceed 1240 kg/m3
4. The self-priming height of ZW type self-priming sewage pump cannot exceed the specified value of 4.5-5.5 meters, and the length of the suction pipe is ≤ 10 meters.
5. The ZW self-priming sewage pump has a capacity to suspend particles with a diameter of 60% of the pump diameter and a fiber length of 5 times the pump diameter.
Precautions for use
The shorter the suction pipeline, the better, with a length not exceeding 10M.
If this pump is used to pump thick and viscous slurry, the pump chamber needs to be cleaned to prevent sediment from being left inside the pump.
3. When using a self-priming pump for the first time, the pump chamber still needs to be filled with water.
After 3000 hours of regular operation, the water pump needs to be disassembled, inspected, and maintained. If necessary, vulnerable parts that are no longer suitable for use should be replaced.
5. This pump can be customized with a direct connection type, which has high concentricity, enhanced stability, and is more economical, but maintenance may be a bit troublesome.
6. Environmental temperature ≤ 45 ℃, medium temperature ≤ 60 ℃.
7. The pH value of the medium is 6-9 for cast iron pumps and 1-14 for stainless steel self-priming pumps.
8. The particle diameter is 60% of the diameter of the self-priming pump, and the fiber length is 5 times the diameter.
9. The total weight of impurities in the medium shall not exceed 15% of the total weight of the medium, and the specific gravity of the medium shall not exceed 1240 kilograms per cubic meter.
