Pneumatic ball valve is a type of valve that rotates 90 º around the axis perpendicular to the channel. It consists of a piston type double acting or single acting (spring return type) pneumatic actuator and an O-valve structure. It is equipped with accessory solenoid valves, air filter pressure reducers, limit switches (valve position feedback devices) or electric pneumatic valve positioners to achieve automatic adjustment control or two position cut-off control of fluid media in the process pipeline.
Product Features
1. Pneumatic ball valves have low fluid resistance and are the smallest type of valve in terms of fluid resistance. They can be opened and closed quickly and conveniently, powered by compressed air. The valve stem is mechanically transmitted through a piston rack and gear, and the ball is rotated 0-90 º by the torque output from the angular stroke to quickly complete the opening and closing action or adjustment action. The core channel is flat and smooth, not easy to deposit media, and can be used for pipeline ball passing. Simple structure, light weight, and good sealing performance. It is the execution unit of instruments in the automation control system;
2. Using an electric pneumatic valve positioner, powered by electrical signals and compressed air, it receives a 0-10mA • DC or 4-20mA • DC current signal input from the control system. The regulator converts the compressed air into a gas source pressure signal input and output, and changes the rotation angle of the ball core to achieve proportional adjustment action.
3. Adopt electromagnetic directional valve and valve position feedback device toAC220V or DC24V power supply voltage andCompressed air is used as a power source to achieve rapid binary cut-off control of fluid media.
4GTTypeATType orAWThe pneumatic actuator adopts a piston type cylinder and a curved arm conversion structure, with a large output torque, small volume, and a fully sealed waterproof design with high protection level. The cylinder block adopts a mirror cylinder, oil-free lubrication, low friction coefficient, corrosion resistance, and has super durability and reliability. All transmission bearings adopt boundary self-lubricating bearings without oil lubrication to ensure that the transmission shaft is not worn.

Hard valve seat:Metal (hard alloy steel) hard seal ring valve seat with cylindrical spring loading.
Effectively reducing the friction coefficient between the ball and the sealing ring, and decreasing the operating torque. When the medium pressure is low, the contact surface between the sealing ring and the sphere is small, so there is a large sealing pressure ratio to ensure reliable sealing. When the medium pressure is high, the contact area between the sealing ring and the sphere also increases accordingly, so the valve seat sealing ring can withstand a large medium thrust without damage, ensuring reliable sealing.
2。OFixed ball structure; Soft valve seat:Double slope spring loaded (polytetrafluoroethylene or polystyrene) elastic valve seat sealing ring.
Hard valve seat:A resilient movable metal (hard alloy steel) hard sealed valve seat preloaded with cylindrical or wave springs.
The design of the sealing pre tightening force is reasonable, and the sealing performance is reliable. Depending on the pressure, medium properties, and sealing requirements, the inlet sealing structure, outlet sealing structure, or inlet and outlet dual sealing structure can be selected. The ball is supported by two upper and lower bearings installed on the valve body, and its position is fixed. The sealing effect is achieved by the spring and medium pressure pushing the valve seat, so the valve seat will not bear excessive pressure, the valve seat seal is not easy to deform, the operating torque is light, and the service life is long.
