Overview
Pneumatic V-shaped ball valve is an advanced control valve with a right angle rotating structure,It consists of a piston type double acting or single acting (spring return type) pneumatic actuator and a V-shaped valve structure,It is used in conjunction with an electrical valve positioner to achieve proportional adjustment; Used in conjunction with solenoid valves and control boxes, it can achieve two position cut-off control. The V-shaped ball valve core is designed with a specially shaped V-shaped notch, which has precise flow characteristics and control functions, and is suitable for controlling media such as gas, liquid, solid particles, etc. Due to the seamless rotation between the valve core and valve seat, it has great shear force and self-cleaning performance, especially suitable for automation control systems in suspensions and solid particles containing fibers or small solid particles.
