4、 Usage conditions for ZQB and HQB submersible axial flow pumps and mixed flow pumps
1. Suitable for transporting clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. The medium being transported has a higher temperature of 40 ℃.
2. The pH value of the conveyed medium is 5-9.
3. Larger diving depth: 10m.
4. The interval between each two starts shall not be less than 10 minutes.
5、 Technical requirements for ZQB and HQB submersible axial flow pumps and mixed flow pumps
1. Submersible axial flow pump is used to pump rainwater containing a small amount of floating debris in urban rainwater pumping stations, and it can work normally.
2. The inlet chamber of the submersible axial flow pump is equipped with a conical inlet and anti vortex facilities to ensure an ideal inlet flow state at the suction port.
3. Submersible axial flow pumps can operate normally within the specified range and have stable head flow characteristics. When the pump operates at any point on its characteristic curve, the motor power does not overload.
4. All pressure bearing parts of the submersible axial flow pump shall undergo a pressure test, with a test pressure of 1.5 times its design pressure but not less than 0.4 Mpa, for a period of 5 minutes without any leakage.
5. After sealing assembly, the submersible axial flow pump underwent a 0.4MPa air pressure test for 5 minutes without any leakage.
6. The submersible axial flow pump is sprayed with anti-corrosion paint, which has a bright surface and no stains, bumps, cracks or other phenomena. After rust removal and oil removal, the surface of the components is sprayed with epoxy resin anti-corrosion paint
7. The submersible axial flow pump impeller adopts a semi adjustable structure, and the impeller blades are perfectly matched with the spherical chamber, with uniform clearance. Before assembly, the impeller undergoes a static balance test, and its unbalance is within its allowable range, with a balance accuracy of G6.3 level.
