Product Introduction

ZP-17D is an automatic fast rotating tablet press that continuously compresses powder and particles into tablets. It is an enhanced version of ZP-17, with a maximum pressure of 100KN and a maximum tablet diameter of 40mm. It is the preferred product for large quantities in pharmaceutical, chemical, electronic, food and other enterprises, and meets GMP production requirements.

Product Features

1. This machine has high pressure, a wide range of tablet pressing, and can press various shapes such as ordinary, irregular, and circular tablets.

2. The ZP-17D series tablet press frequency converter is equipped with anti reverse overload protection. Once overloaded, it will automatically shut down to avoid equipment damage.

3. This tablet press is equipped with a turntable dual vacuum cleaner, with six suction ports on the upper and lower sides, which has good powder removal effect and a clean turntable surface.

4. The turntable is made of ductile iron QT500, pressed with solid rod material, with strong hardness, heat resistance, wear resistance, and good system stability.

5. Safety comes first. The safety concept runs through the processes of feeding, pressing, emergency stop protection, etc., ensuring the safety of every drop.

6. The oil immersed lubrication transmission mechanism has low noise and good lubrication effect.

7. The power part is sealed at the bottom, eliminating contact with materials and reducing secondary pollution.

8. Anti accidental touch digital display precise adjustment handwheel: specially designed digital display adjustment+locking function handwheel, more precise and convenient adjustment, can be locked with one click after adjustment, preventing accidental touch from causing data deviation and affecting the tablet pressing effect.
