Overview

The power, grade, performance, and external installation dimensions of the ZZJ-800 series rolling mill auxiliary drive DC motor comply with the International Electrotechnical Commission standard IEC34-13 "Technical Specification for Overweight and Metallurgical Auxiliary Motor" and the national standard GB5227-85 "Rolling Mill Auxiliary Drive DC Cooling Motor". The mechanical dimensional tolerances of each part of the motor comply with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards. Can be interchangeable with imported 800 series motors from abroad.

This series of electric motors allows for reverse rotation and has excellent overload characteristics, making them particularly suitable for mechanical transmissions that require frequent starting and braking, such as auxiliary transmission equipment for rolling mills, lifting machines, excavators, etc.


Terms of Use

1. This series of motors is suitable for environments with air temperatures ranging from -30 ℃ to+40 ℃ and at sea levels not exceeding 1000 meters.

2. The power supply of this series of motors adopts static rectification power supply or DC generator power supply.


Product performance

1. The insulation level of this series of motors is Class F.

2. The rated voltage of the electric motor is 220V and 440V, and other voltage levels can also be derived as needed.

3. The excitation methods of electric motors include series excitation, compound excitation, parallel excitation, and separate excitation. The excitation winding voltage of a separate excitation motor is 220V, and the separate excitation voltage can also be made into 110V according to the needs. The series parallel ratio of a compound excitation motor is about 50% at the continuous rating of external ventilation (S1) or the short-time rating of fully enclosed (S2-60 minutes).

4. The motor with a base number of 802-818 and a rated voltage of 220V is allowed to operate at 500V and below. The machine base number is 820-824; Electric motors with a rated voltage of 220V are allowed to operate at 440V and below.

5. A motor with a rated voltage of 220V can increase the applied voltage to double the rated speed. He and the parallel excitation motor can weaken the magnetic field and increase the speed to twice the rated speed.

6. This series of electric motors is allowed to operate at the maximum operating torque specified in Table 1, but for no more than 15 seconds.


structural characteristics

This series of motors adopts a circular integral base with a sturdy structure. The reversing plate and vertical plate form an integral structure. The material of the shaft is alloy steel, which can withstand frequent impacts and vibrations. The stator core is made of high-quality steel plate laminations, suitable for thyristor rectifier power supply. The armature core is made of cold-rolled silicon steel sheets stacked together and has good magnetic conductivity. The stator poles and armature are treated with solvent-free vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI), which has excellent insulation performance. The commutator and armature coil are welded with tungsten inert gas (TIG), which has good electrical performance and mechanical strength.

ZZJ-810-824 has a machine base size and a separately excited motor with compensation winding. It has good commutation performance and overload capacity during sudden load changes.

This series of motors adopts a tapered shaft extension with a taper of 1:10, which is equipped with a shaft extension key, stop washer, and nut.

This series of motors has a rolling bearing non-stop oiling structure.


5、 Working system, protection level, cooling method, and installation form

1. The working system of this series of motors includes three types: external ventilation continuous rating (S1), fully enclosed short-term rating (S2-30 minutes), (S2-60 minutes), and fully enclosed cycle working rating (S3-30%).

2. This series of motors has two protection levels: IP23 and P44.

3. There are three cooling methods for the wooden series electric motors: IC06 (with built-in fan cooling), IC37 (with inlet and outlet duct ventilation cooling), and IC0040 (with enclosed casing cooling).

4. The installation types of this series of motors include IMI004 (end cap bearing, horizontal foot installation, tapered dual axis extension) and IMI003 (end cap bearing, horizontal foot installation, tapered single axis extension). If users require other types of work systems, protection levels, cooling methods, and installation types, they can negotiate separately.


Accessories and spare parts

According to user needs, this series of motors can be equipped with accessories such as speed measuring generators, heaters, and temperature relays. According to user needs and specified in the contract, one set of spare brushes can be randomly supplied for each motor.

Note:

1. There are three specifications for the 802 machine base, and the installation size of the motor is the same, but the electromagnetic design is different.

2. The machine base numbers 820, 822, and 824 are the specifications of the trial products.

3. To obtain the adjustment range of the speed regulating motor, it is allowed to have a small number of series excited windings.

4. The voltage of any type of melting grid motor in this series can be made into 220V or 440V. However, the auxiliary and parallel voltages are both 220V, and the wire break cycle working system [S3] refers to a cycle within 5 minutes,

The load time is 1.5 minutes, and the power-off time is 3.5 minutes. But he and the excitation magnetic field coil are continuously energized.

5. The fully enclosed hourly working system and 30 minute working system (S2) are not powered when the load is removed and all wire flips are not connected.

6. The maximum safe speed is the maximum speed at which the motor can operate safely on machinery.
