Structural characteristics
The cylindrical structure increases the water flow rate of the grille compared to traditional grilles, reduces head loss, reduces the accumulation plane in front of the grille, and ensures more uniform force distribution on the grille;

Working principle
The equipment is installed in the water channel at a 35 degree angle to the horizontal plane. Sewage flows into the drum from the end of the hub, and water flows out from the gap of the grid. The grid intercepts floating debris and sediment. As the interception volume increases, the filtering area gradually decreases, and the head loss gradually increases. When the water level difference inside and outside the hub reaches the set value, the cleaning rake automatically rotates to comb out the slag and discharge it into the slag collection hopper inside the drum. It is lifted by the built-in screw conveyor, and the slag is drained while going up. It is then pressed and dehydrated at the top end, and discharged into the slag storage container for external treatment.
