1、 Product Information Description

Electric control valve (electronic sleeve control valve) ZDLM-16-40-64

Electric control valve (electronic sleeve control valve) ZDLM is a pressure balanced control valve, which adopts sleeve guidance, pressure balanced double sealing surface valve core mechanism, and is equipped with a multi spring pneumatic actuator or electric actuator. The flow channel is S-shaped and has the characteristics of overall work balance, large allowable pressure difference, precise flow characteristics, and low noise. Especially suitable for situations with high flow rates, large pressure differences before and after valves, and no leakage requirements. This series of products comes in various forms such as room temperature type, high temperature type, low temperature type, adjustable cutting type, corrugated pipe sealing type, etc. The nominal pressure rating of the product includes PN1.6, 4.0, 6.4, and 10.0; The valve body diameter range is DN20-300, suitable for various grades within the fluid temperature range of -196-+560 ℃. There are leakage levels of IV, V, and VI. The flow characteristics include straight lines and equal percentage characteristics. Multiple varieties and specifications are available for selection

Note: Room temperature type: The working temperature of the room temperature type is -20-+200 ℃, and the leakage level is level IV.
The high-temperature valve cover is equipped with heat dissipation fins, which can be used in situations where the medium temperature is -60-+450 ℃.
The bellows sealing type forms a complete seal for the valve stem that moves up and down, blocking fluid leakage.
The low-temperature type adopts an extended valve cover and insulation plate structure, which can be used in deep cold situations at -196 ℃.
