Electric ball valve is a type of valve that rotates 90 º around the axis perpendicular to the channel. It consists of a rotary angular stroke electronic electric actuator and an O-valve structure. It belongs to the high-performance regulating or switching valve category of rotary type, and receives input and output of current or voltage signals from industrial automation control (DCS, PLC system) instruments. It can achieve proportional adjustment or two position switch control of fluid medium in the process pipeline, thereby achieving automatic control of parameters such as flow rate, pressure, temperature, and liquid level of fluid medium.
Product Features
1. Electric ball valves have low fluid resistance and are the ones with the smallest fluid resistance among all valve types. They are powered by AC220V, AC380V, or DC24V power supply voltage and can receive (4-20mA, 0-10mA, or 1-5VDC) current or voltage signals to control operation. By rotating the ball body 0-90 º with the torque output of angular stroke, they can complete the opening and closing action or adjustment action.
2. The core channel is flat and smooth, not easy to deposit media, and can be used for pipeline ball passing. Simple structure, light weight, and good sealing performance. Especially suitable for situations that require zero leakage rate.
3. Adopting HL type, 3810R type, and PSQ type angular stroke fully electronic electric actuators as the driving device for O-type ball valves, with an integrated mechanical and electrical structural design, it has functions such as internal servo operation, position feedback of opening signals, position indication, and manual operation. It has strong functionality, reliable performance, and simple wiring. It is powered by AC220V or AC380V power supply voltage and directly accepts unified standard signals (4-20mA DC, 0-10mA DC or 1-5V DC, 0-10V DC),
Transform this into a displacement corresponding to the input signal, and move it at an angular displacement (0-90 º) to change the rotational opening of the core. Therefore, a certain input signal corresponds to a certain position opening, achieving proportional adjustment action. (Two position switch type accepts AC220V or AC380V power supply voltage as power, achieves switch action through motor forward and reverse rotation, and simultaneously outputs switch valve position indication signal). It is a high-precision, high-performance, and high reliability product.

Effectively reducing the friction coefficient between the ball and the sealing ring, and decreasing the operating torque. When the medium pressure is low, the contact surface between the sealing ring and the sphere is small, so there is a large sealing pressure ratio to ensure reliable sealing. When the medium pressure is high, the contact area between the sealing ring and the sphere also increases accordingly, so the valve seat sealing ring can withstand a large medium thrust without damage, ensuring reliable sealing.

Hard valve seat:A resilient movable metal (hard alloy steel) hard sealed valve seat preloaded with cylindrical or wave springs.
The design of the sealing pre tightening force is reasonable, and the sealing performance is reliable. Depending on the pressure, medium properties, and sealing requirements, the inlet sealing structure, outlet sealing structure, or inlet and outlet dual sealing structure can be selected. The ball is supported by two upper and lower bearings installed on the valve body, and its position is fixed. The sealing effect is achieved by the spring and medium pressure pushing the valve seat, so the valve seat will not bear excessive pressure, the valve seat seal is not easy to deform, the operating torque is light, and the service life is long.
