Machine Overview

The ZB-400SQ/400SY paper tray (disc) forming machine is developed and designed based on the classic old BJ-400P dual station paper tray machine. It has functions such as automatic paper suction, heating forming, automatic tray output, constant temperature control, automatic counting, and stacking. It can be directly matched with flow production and is an ideal equipment for producing various specifications of circular and square paper trays.

The frame of this machine is made up of 2 thick iron plates and optical axis support. Compared with the traditional 400P frame, the body is thick, the precision is high, the operation is more stable, and the service life is longer. According to customer requirements, we can provide cylinder or hydraulic forming paper trays (optional)
