This series of hydraulic presses is suitable for the pressing process of plastic materials, such as stamping, bending, flanging, thin plate stretching, etc. In addition, it can also be used for calibration, pressing, powder product molding, and non-metallic material pressing molding. This series of presses has two electrical control systems, relay control and PLC control, with three operation modes: adjustment, manual and semi-automatic. It can achieve two process modes: constant pressure and constant stroke. During constant pressure molding, there is a pressure holding delay and automatic return action after compression. There is a top out device installed in the middle of the workbench, except for the top out products. It can still be used as a hydraulic pad for the forming process of anti stretching parts, and its working pressure and stroke can be adjusted within the specified range according to the process needs.
