Overview of YZU series vibration motor products:

The YZU series, abbreviated as vibration motor, is a universal excitation source for various vibration machinery such as vibrating screening machines, vibrating feeders, vibrating sand dropping machines, and vibrating mining machines. With its excellent performance, it is widely used in industries such as coal, metallurgy, mining, power, grain, chemical, casting, cement, and ports.

Working principle of YZU series vibration motor:

A vibration motor is an excitation source that combines a power source and a vibration source. The vibration motor is equipped with a set of adjustable eccentric blocks at each end of the rotor shaft, and uses the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the shaft and eccentric blocks to obtain the excitation force.

Adjustment of excitation force for YZU series vibration motor:

The vibration motor has a fixed eccentric block and an adjustable eccentric block at each end of the output shaft. Adjusting the angle between the adjustable eccentric block and the fixed eccentric block can change the magnitude of the excitation force. When leaving the factory, the angle between the adjustable eccentric block and the fixed eccentric block is 0 °, and the excitation force at this time is the rated excitation force F of the vibration motor. The excitation forces at different angles are shown in the table below. It should be noted that when adjusting the excitation force, the adjustable eccentric blocks at both ends of the vibration motor should be adjusted in the same direction by the same angle.

Main features of YZU series vibration motor:

1. The excitation force and power are properly matched, with large vibration force, light weight, small size, and low mechanical noise.

2. Because the vibration motor is a strong resistance type vibration rather than resonance, it has a stable amplitude.

3. The vibration frequency range is large. The vibration frequency of an electromagnetic exciter is fixed, generally equal to the power step rate, while the vibration frequency of a vibration motor can be widely adjusted by adjusting the speed, and the vibration frequency and amplitude can be arbitrarily selected according to different paths.

4. It is less affected by power fluctuations, and electromagnetic exciters may experience significant changes in excitation force due to voltage fluctuations. However, in vibration motors, this change is very small.

5. Multiple machine combinations can achieve self synchronization to meet different process requirements.

6. The direction of the excitation force can be changed according to the installation method of the vibration motor.

7. By adjusting the angle of the eccentric block, the excitation force and amplitude can be infinitely adjusted.

8. Maintenance is simple, as it does not use springs like electromagnetic ones, maintenance work such as gap adjustment and weight adjustment can be exempted, and only regular maintenance of bearings is required.

9. The specifications are complete and can meet the working needs of various types of vibration machinery.

Use and maintenance of YZU series vibration motors:

(1) This machine should be equipped with electrical protection devices.

(2) During the initial operation of this machine, check the anchor bolts at least once a day to prevent loosening.

(3) When the rotation direction of the motor does not meet the requirements, adjust the phase sequence of the power supply.

(4) The motor should ensure good lubrication, and lithium based grease should be replenished every two weeks of operation. When using sealed bearings, the motor is not equipped with an oil cup.

(5) After running the machine for 1500 hours, the bearings should be checked and replaced immediately if there is serious damage.

(6) When the machine is stopped for a long time and reused, the insulation resistance should be measured using a 500 volt megohmmeter, which should be greater than 0.5 megohms.
