The YZP and YZPF series of variable frequency speed regulating three-phase asynchronous motors for lifting and metallurgy use computer-aided design, fully considering the impact of variable frequency power supply in the motor. They can be matched with various variable frequency devices at home and abroad to form an AC variable frequency speed regulating system. It has the characteristics of high overload capacity, high mechanical strength, wide speed regulation range, and stable operation. It is suitable for variable frequency speed regulation transmission systems of lifting machinery and metallurgical auxiliary machinery equipment that operate for short or intermittent periods, frequently start and brake, and have overload and significant vibration and impact. Combined with high-precision sensors, high-precision closed-loop operation can be achieved. The installation size of the motor is consistent with the YZ and YZR series three-phase asynchronous motors of the same chassis number, with strong interchangeability.
The rated voltage of the motor is 380V, with a frequency conversion range of 3-100Hz. 3-50Hz is constant torque speed regulation, and 50-100Hz is constant power speed regulation. The protection level of the motor casing is IP54, and the insulation levels are F and H.
The YZP series comes with a built-in fan cooling system for the motor, with a standard operating system of S3-40%. The YZPF series uses an independently powered fan to force air cooling on the surface of the motor, with a standard operating system of S1.
According to user needs, the motor can be equipped with various high-resolution photoelectric encoders, electromagnetic brakes, gear reducers, and other accessories.
