The YVFE2 series variable frequency speed regulation three-phase asynchronous motor was jointly developed and designed by technical personnel from more than ten motor production enterprises, including Xima Motor, organized by Shanghai Electric Science Research Institute. In terms of structure, its heat sink adopts a parallel and vertical distribution form, with a novel structure and unique appearance. The junction box is located at the top of the machine base, making it easy for users to connect wires. The design of components such as the machine base and end caps is reasonable, resulting in low noise and vibration of the whole machine. The axial flow fan is used for forced ventilation to ensure that the temperature rise of the motor does not exceed the specified value during long-term low-speed constant torque operation. In terms of electromagnetic design, this series of motors uses a dedicated computer-aided design program for variable frequency motors for calculation, which can fully consider the adverse effects of variable frequency power supply on the motor. The selection of the design scheme can ensure the motor's overload capacity at high frequencies and maintain constant torque output at low frequencies.
