1、 The origin and design concept of split paperless recorder
1. The evolution of air conditioning from integrated to separate
Early air conditioners were all integrated window units, but today, apart from some old-fashioned apartments, split air conditioners have occupied almost the entire market. Integrated air conditioners integrate the compressor and indoor unit into one chassis, which has the following design flaws: 1. The compressor and indoor unit transfer heat to each other, resulting in lower energy efficiency and higher power consumption than split air conditioners; 2. The compressor noise cannot be isolated, resulting in high indoor noise; 3. Although installation is simple, it is not as flexible as a split machine. The split air conditioner solves all the problems of the integrated air conditioner, but its disadvantage is that it is not as easy to install as the integrated unit. However, this disadvantage has resulted in a significant improvement in overall performance.
2. Design concept of AI split paperless recorder
Today's split type paperless recorders and traditional integrated paperless recorders have similar situations to air conditioners, where the integrated measurement and control unit and LCD screen are integrated in the same space, resulting in complex system structure and design, high cost, and poor reliability; The internal heat generation is much higher than that of a simple measurement and control module, which affects the measurement accuracy and stability of the measurement and control unit, and reduces product performance; Various signals from industrial sites can easily enter LCD screens and CPU components with poor anti-interference performance through measurement and control units, causing mutual interference and leading to malfunctions. The split type paperless recorder consists of a color touch screen and an AI series secondary instrument, which are connected using an optically isolated RS485 communication interface. The operation between the secondary instrument and the color touch screen is not affected by each other, ensuring that the secondary instrument has excellent temperature drift stability and anti-interference performance. In addition, the touch screen and secondary instrument can be upgraded and improved separately to enhance the performance price ratio. Compared with the integrated paperless recorder, it has strong advantages in both price and performance.
2、 Features of AI series paperless recorder
1. Brand new industrial grade touch screen operation, with main parameter settings easily completed in one interface, and all setting menus are in Chinese, making it as easy for customers to use as they would with a mobile phone.
2. Fever level design, low power consumption of the whole machine, providing a 24 month quality warranty period; Dual CPU processing mode.
3. The instrument comes with a data recording function, which can display real-time trends, light bars, and historical trends, and provide report form recording data and alarm recording functions. Has 150M of storage space. The stored data can not only be played back as curves and values on the instrument LCD screen, but also exported to a computer for further analysis and processing through a USB drive.
4. Multiple Yudian secondary instruments can be selected as the lower computer, such as single channel and multi-channel measurement alarm instruments, intelligent PID regulators/thermostats, etc., which can be configured according to needs, purchased separately, freely combined and expanded.
5. The instrument is equipped with a built-in web server and an Ethernet interface, which allows remote monitoring and operation of the instrument using a web browser through the Ethernet interface. (Only 3150W/3170W/3190W/3100W available)
6. It has P2P cloud functionality (without the need for a public IP address, it can penetrate internal network monitoring) and can be monitored and operated remotely through mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. (Only available for 3150Y/3170Y/3190Y/3100Y)
