The main supply temperature is not higher than105°CA liquid with clear water or physical and chemical properties similar to water.SOWSpiral shell single-stage double suction centrifugal pump is suitable for water supply plants, pump stations, power stations, air conditioning circulating water, heating hot water circulation, industrial water supply systems, fire protection systems, ships, and oil refining industries(General liquid)When transporting liquids.

Hydraulic: Through optimized design of a three hydraulic model, the pump not only has excellent hydraulic performance, but also has no axial force(theoretically)This is a problem that troubles the operation of water pumps, especially large ones. The pump body, pump cover, and impeller are precision cast, and the smooth flow surface improves the anti cavitation performance and efficiency of the pump.
Sealing: Fill sealing or mechanical sealing is used according to the conveying medium or user requirements, and is not limited by steering. For packing seals, there is sufficient space for replacing the packing.

Bearing: Closed rolling bearings lubricated with grease, easy to maintain, long running time equipped with constant oil level oil cups, can also be lubricated with thin oil and imported(SKFTheNSKTheNTN)High quality bearings, smooth operation, low noise, and long service life.

Compact structure and good stability.SOWThe snail shell single-stage double suction centrifugal pump is a pump shell with a split structure, and the inlet and outlet are both on the pump body. During maintenance, only the pump cover needs to be lifted out, and the rotor components can be removed for maintenance operations without disassembling the pipeline, which is very convenient. Electric motor as needed(actuator)It can be installed on the left or right end for easy on-site installation. Structurally shortening the axial dimensions of rotor components results in better shaft rigidity and more stable and reliable operation. There is a pump body sealing ring, and the impeller sealing ring is an optional component. The sealing ring can be replaced after wear, reducing operation and maintenance costs.
