Introduction to deep well pump motor

The YLB series is a three-phase squirrel cage asynchronous motor designed specifically for driving deep well water pumps.

The YLB series motors have the advantages of high efficiency, high initial torque, low noise, small vibration, low temperature rise, high axial force bearing capacity, reliable structure, and easy maintenance. The motors comply with IEC standards.

Based on customer feedback and foreign experience, the company has made improvements to the electromagnetic performance, overload protection, moisture and heat protection, anti reverse structure, protection requirements, insulation dipping process, appearance, and other design and manufacturing aspects of this series of motors.

After being matched with long axis water pumps, YLB series motors are suitable for extracting groundwater in working conditions such as urban and rural areas. The protection levels of the motors are IP23, IP54, and IP55.

Motor characteristics
1. F-level insulation, B-level temperature rise assessment.
2.1.0 or 1.15 usage factor.
3. The maximum ambient temperature for motor operation is 40 ℃, with an altitude of 1000 meters.
4. Protection level IP23 IP54 IP55.
5.220 volt space heating zone.
When the voltage is between 6.380 and 415 volts, the motor is suitable for star delta starting.
7. IEC design, special balancing treatment.
8. The motor is equipped with a device to prevent reverse rotation.
