The YL series vertical high-voltage vertical three-phase asynchronous motor (frame number 450-630) is the latest product developed by our company. This product is an optimized series established by introducing the design and manufacturing technology of Swiss ABB high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motor, combined with our company's more than 50 years of long-term stable design and manufacturing experience in high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motor series. It is an updated product of JSL's old series products.

This series of electric motors has voltage levels of 6kV and 10kV. The products are made of high-quality materials, manufactured with excellence, and have the advantages of high efficiency, low noise and vibration, high reliability, and easy use, installation, and maintenance.

The power level and electrical performance of this series of motors comply with the national standard GB755 "Basic Technical Requirements for Rotating Electrical Machines" and the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC standards.

The mechanical dimensions and tolerances of each part of this series of motors comply with the national standard GB1800-1804 and the International Committee for Standardization ISO standard.

According to GB4942-1 and IEC34-5 "Classification of Protection for Motor Enclosures", the enclosure protection level of this series of motors is IP23. If the user requires other protection levels such as IP44 and IP54, they can negotiate and manufacture separately.

According to the standards of GB1993 and IEC34-6 "Motor Cooling Methods", the cooling method for this series of motors is IC01. If the user requests other cooling methods such as IC611, IC511, etc., they can be negotiated separately.

The basic installation method of this series of motors is a vertical flanged (1MV1) structure, which complies with the provisions of GB997 and IEC34-7 "Motor Structure and Installation Type Code". Other installation methods of motors can also be designed and manufactured according to user requirements.
