
working principle
The YL-L series electric brush filter is a fully automatic self-cleaning filter. The boiler softening water equipment installs a set of brushes inside the filter screen, which are driven by a motor to rotate. An electromagnetic drain valve is installed on the filter end cover. During cleaning, the signal from the differential pressure controller is transmitted to the control panel, which opens the drain valve and starts the motor, driving the brush to rotate and brush away dirt and impurities. Under the action of hydraulic pressure, the filter is discharged through the drain valve, and there is no need to cut off the flow during cleaning.
Filtration and cleaning
The water flows in from the inlet of the filter, passes through the filter screen, and flows out from the outlet. When the impurity particles in the water continuously accumulate on the inner surface of the filter screen, the pressure difference between the upstream and downstream of the filter increases. When the pressure difference between the upstream and downstream (inlet and outlet) of the filter reaches the predetermined value (0.05MPa), the pressure difference switch sends a signal to the control panel, and the control panel starts the motor to drive the brush to rotate and brush away the dirt and impurities on the filter screen. Simultaneously open the drain valve The pollutants are discharged from the drain valve.
control system
Adopting PLC automatic control. Backwash can be controlled according to pressure difference or timing, and can be manually cleaned or designed as continuous cleaning. There is a warning signal or corresponding action in case of malfunction.
