working principle
The water to be filtered enters the filter screen through the inlet,Yingkou softened water equipmentBy filtering outward through the filter screen, impurities are blocked on the inner wall of the filter screen. When the impurities on the filter screen continue to increase and form a filter cake, a pressure difference will be generated between the inlet and outlet of the filter. When the pressure difference reaches a certain value, the pressure difference controller starts to give a signal, and the power supply of the driving device is connected to drive the discharge suction nozzle to rotate back and forth, while opening the discharge valve. In this way, a negative pressure zone is formed between the clean water inside and outside the filter screen, the inside of the suction nozzle, and the sewage pipe. Impurities are discharged through the suction nozzle and sewage pipe through the sewage valve under the pressure of negative pressure backwash water. When the dirt on the filter screen is cleaned, the pressure difference disappears, and the control system shuts down the sewage valve and driving device, and the system begins another working cycle. When the water quality is poor and contains a small amount of oil stains, high-pressure water spraying or brush assisted systems can be selected to completely remove impurities from the mesh wall.
Functional characteristics and technical parameters
The mesh tube is made of V-shaped stainless steel wire wrapped with a pointed edge or multi-layer composite mesh (selected by the user based on the water quality and specific technical conditions), both of which are typical flat filtration forms. They have the correct filtration and positive and negative cleaning fluid characteristics, and impurities are easily peeled off from the mesh wall during positive and negative cleaning, without sticking to the mesh.
By using a multi suction nozzle suction scanning sewage system, impurities on the surface of the filter can be thoroughly removed, achieving 100% mesh cleaning.
a、Adopting a multi nozzle suction scanning sewage system, multiple nozzles are arranged within the effective range of the filter screen. During cleaning, the nozzles move in a reciprocating spiral motion, with each nozzle responsible for cleaning a part of the filter screen. Each nozzle works independently and has consistent cleaning pressure.
b、 Due to the spiral reciprocating motion of the suction nozzle in this series of products, the nozzle will not get stuck, and the nozzle and mesh tube will not deform or be damaged.
c、 Due to thorough cleaning, impurities are not easily scaled on the mesh wall, the cleaning interval is long, mechanical wear is small, and the service life is long.
Adopting a PLC control system, it can achieve compatible conversion between differential pressure control, time control, and manual control, achieving true fully automatic control, and equipped with a remote control interface.

Selection instructions
When the water quality is poor and contains a large amount of white pollutants and large solid objects, a pre coarse filtration device can be selected. Add (C) after the prototype number. For example: QXLS500-1.6/0.2 (C)
When low-pressure water supply or water contains a small amount of oil and viscous impurities, the cleaning system should be equipped with auxiliary cleaning devices. Add (S) after the prototype number, for example: QXLS500-1.6/0.2 (S)
