The YCD-HX star shaped unloader is usually composed of a rotor impeller with several blades, a housing, a seal, a reducer, an electric motor, etc. The temperature of the material conveyed by the YCD-HX star shaped unloader can reach 280 ° C, and the bearings at both ends are isolated from the impeller to prevent ultrafine powder from coming into contact with the bearings. The high temperature resistance can reach 500 ° C, connected by chain wheels, and there is a certain distance between the reducer and the unloader housing. Its wear-resistant enclosed rotor impeller is characterized by a star shaped unloader with a PTFE sealing strip lined at the end of the rotor blades, which ensures good contact between the blade ends and the inner wall of the shell. After wear, the blade ends can be easily adjusted to maintain good contact with the inside of the shell, providing better air locking performance. YCD-HX star shaped unloader, like star shaped unloader, is commonly used in pneumatic output systems. For pressure output systems or negative pressure output systems, the star shaped unloader uniformly and continuously feeds the conveying pipe to ensure that the gas and solid inside the pneumatic output pipe are relatively stable, so that the pneumatic conveying can work normally. At the same time, it can also block the upper and lower air pressure of the unloader to lock the air. Therefore, the star shaped unloader is an important component commonly used in pneumatic conveying systems.
YJD-HG star shaped unloader is a temperature resistant type that can transport materials with a temperature of up to 280 ° C. The bearings at both ends are isolated from the impeller to prevent ultrafine powder from coming into contact with the bearings. The temperature of the material conveyed by the high-temperature resistant unloader can reach 500 ° C, and it is connected by a sprocket. There is a certain distance between the reducer and the unloader housing.
