1.The body, worktable, saddle, and base of this machine are all made of FCD-300 advanced castings, which have undergone relaxation annealing and seasonal treatment to balance internal stress and ensure the stability and durability of the machine tool.
2.The motor is directly integrated with the spindle design, and the spindle adopts SKF-P4 grade precision roller bearings with high torque and heavy-duty cutting resistance. Special spindle balancing ensures perfect grinding during high-speed molding.
3.The Y-axis and Z-axis screws are imported from Taiwan and undergo heat treatment hardening, followed by grinding and processing of the tooth gaps. The precision and service life are not generally comparable. Elevated and weighted workbench with strong rigidity, no deformation, and long-lasting durability
