This waste paper baler has thicker oil cylinders compared to the previous models, increasing the internal size of the cylinder from 220mm to 250mm, and correspondingly increasing the thickness of the steel in the design. It's equivalent to using a 10 ton truck to pull 5 tons of goods, so this waste paper baler is durable and long-lasting.
Host frame system: A sturdy frame made of high-quality thickened steel plate with gas filling and welding protection, and advanced mechanical design for long-lasting durability of the equipment.
Conveyor system: Excellent thickened I-beam frame, high-strength steel plate conveyor belt.
Hydraulic system: Key components such as hydraulic pumps, solenoid valves, and hydraulic cylinder oil seals are imported, resulting in high packing pressure, fast speed, durability, and low noise.
Electric control system: Siemens motor and original Mitsubishi PLC programming controller are used. Other key components such as buttons, sensors, infrared sensors, and remote control systems are imported, making them easy to operate and maintain.
Security alarm system: Program controls five safety automatic locking shutdown alarms. Automatic shutdown alarm in case of equipment misoperation, power supply phase loss, power phase sequence error, excessive pressure, or personnel entering the packaging port by mistake.
