The Y5-47 II type boiler induced draft fan is suitable for industrial boilers with a capacity of 0.2-20t/h that burn various types of coal and are equipped with smoke and dust removal devices. It can be used for boilers with similar inlet conditions and suitable performance. But the high temperature must not exceed 250 ℃.form
The induced draft mechanism is single suction, with 11 machine numbers including No.3.15, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 12.4.
The induced draft fan can be made in two forms: left rotation and right rotation. Looking at the fan from one end of the transmission group, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called right rotation, represented by "right". Counter clockwise rotation is called left rotation, represented by "left".
The position of the air outlet of the fan is represented by the angle of the air outlet of the casing. Both "left" and "right" can be made into three angles: 0 °, 90 °, and 180 °.
The transmission methods of the fan are C type, D type, and the connection between the motor and the fan adopts pulley transmission and elastic coupling direct transmission, respectively. characteristic
The Y5-47 II fan is an improved product based on the original Y5-47 fan. The total pressure internal efficiency of the fan at the optimal operating point is 85.6%, and the noise index (A-level) is 12.5dB.
Compared with the original Y5-47 fan, the Y5-47 Type II fan has undergone a series of improvements, resulting in a significant reduction in noise levels. In order to better meet the requirements of boiler matching, 7 new machine numbers have been added, including No3.15C (equipped with 0.2-0.5t/h boilers), 4D (equipped with 0.7-1t/h boilers), 5D (equipped with 2t/h boilers), 6D (equipped with 4t/h boilers), 7C (equipped with 4t/h and 6t/h boilers), 10D (equipped with 6t/h boilers), and 11D (equipped with 10t/h boilers).
There are many models of industrial boiler series currently, and the quality of coal used varies greatly. The dust collectors and installation pipeline resistance used are also different, resulting in significant differences in the required air volume and pressure of the induced draft fan. In order to adapt to the above situation, considering the economy and smooth and reliable operation of the fan, a D-type driven induced draft fan is used to match it. Boilers with a capacity of 0.2-10t/h all have C-type driven induced draft fans matched with it. For V-belt drive users, they can adjust the spindle speed according to the actual situation to obtain ideal air volume and pressure.
Structural characteristics
The fan is composed of an impeller, a casing, an air inlet, a transmission group, and a regulating door.
The impeller has 12 backward inclined flat blades made of Q345 (16Mn) material, welded between the conical cover and the flat disc, and calibrated for static and dynamic balance. As a result, it runs smoothly, has high strength and wear resistance, and has a long service life.
The casing is welded into a snail shaped shell using steel plates. From No.8 and above, switch from "left" or "right" to universal.
The main shaft of the transmission group is made of high-quality steel and adopts ball bearings (low-noise type bearings are used for No.3.15-7). Two parallel bearing seats are used, and No. 2 calcium sodium based grease and fan blades are used for self cooling. The structure is simple.
The air inlet is a convergent and divergent type, which is made into a whole structure and fixed to the inlet side of the casing with bolts.
The Y5-47 series fans are equipped with regulating doors to adjust the flow rate of the fans. Fans below No.6 adopt a louvered structure with 3 blades, which is flexible and easy to close. Fans above No.7 adopt a plum blossom shaped structure with 11 blades, which has high adjustment efficiency and reliable structure. The adjusting door shaft is installed in front of the air inlet, with an adjustment range from 91 ° (fully closed) to 0 ° (fully open). The position of the adjusting door handle is adjusted. From the direction of the air inlet, for the right rotating fan, counterclockwise rotation of the handle is from fully closed to fully open, and for the left rotating fan, clockwise rotation is from fully closed to fully open.
In order to ensure the normal operation of various components of the regulating door, it is necessary to lubricate them well. Due to the high temperature of the induced draft fan gas, high-temperature (260 ℃) lubricating grease is used to ensure lubrication even during high-temperature operation.
