Detailed introduction:
The national drum, guide, and tunnel ventilation fans look to Zibo, and Zibo looks to "Fujiang" fans. After years of effort, Fujiang fans have developed a streamlined equipment system in the factory, including automatic CNC cutting, hydraulic shearing machines, automatic rolling and spinning, mold pressing at the fan inlet and front plate, and electromagnetic heating for bearing installation. Each fan sold by our factory undergoes strict start-up testing before leaving the factory to ensure the effectiveness and service life of each fan.
Y4-68 kiln induced draft fanThe structure
This fan is mainly composed of an impeller, a casing, an air inlet, a regulating door, and a transmission group.
Impeller: It is composed of 12 blades welded between the arc-shaped conical wheel cover and the flat disc. The blade head adopts a solid body and wear-resistant materials are added to the easily worn parts for welding, which improves the service life of the blade, while the ventilation fan is different from it. The impellers have undergone static and dynamic balance correction and over belt operation experiments, so the operation should be smooth and reliable.
Shell: a snail shaped body welded from ordinary steel plates. The casing of the single suction fan is made in two different forms: the casing of No. 8- No. 12.5 is made as a whole structure, and one-quarter of the casing of No. 14 and No. 16 can be removed. For the induced draft fan, the snail shaped plate is equipped with a dust removal door and appropriately thickened to prevent cigarette ash wear.
Air inlet: a convergent streamlined overall structure, fixed to the inlet side of the casing with bolts.
Regulating door: used to adjust the flow rate of the fan. № 8 and № 12.5 consist of 11 petal shaped blades, while № 14 and № 16 consist of 13 petal shaped blades, both installed axially in front of the air inlet. Due to the use of an external transmission structure, they rotate flexibly and conveniently, with an adjustment range from 90 degrees (fully closed) to 0 degrees (fully open). Adjust the position of the door lever, looking from the direction of the air inlet, on the right side. For the right cyclone machine, pushing the lever from bottom to top is the direction from fully closed to fully open; For the left cyclone machine, pulling the lever from top to bottom is in the fully closed to fully open direction. To ensure the normal operation of all parts of the regulating door, pay attention to lubrication. For the regulating door of the ventilation fan, calcium sodium based grease is used for lubrication; For the induced draft fan of Y4-68 kiln, due to the high gas temperature, molybdenum disulfide high-temperature (260 ℃) lubricating grease must be used for lubrication.
Transmission group: The transmission mode is all D-type. Composed of spindle, bearing box, coupling, etc. The spindle is made of high-quality steel. Rolling bearings and water-cooled integral bearing boxes are used, therefore, water pipes need to be installed, and the water consumption varies depending on the environment, generally considered at 0.5-1m3/h. The bearing box is equipped with a thermometer and an oil level indicator. Lubricate with No. 30 mechanical oil, and add oil according to the oil level mark.
