When there is mechanical dirt in the water supply pipeline, a filter should be installed in front of the valve.
2. Pressure adjustment should be carried out under static pressure. Rotate the adjusting screw clockwise to increase the pressure behind the valve, and rotate it counterclockwise to decrease the pressure behind the valve. Adjust the required pressure to make the lock nut firm. If the pressure behind the valve exceeds the set value during the pressure regulation process, the pressure behind the valve needs to be released and readjusted.
When installing in the pipeline network, attention should be paid to the direction of water flow being consistent with the arrow on the valve body.
4. This valve can be installed horizontally or vertically, and its performance remains unchanged, but its position should be convenient for maintenance.
5. If it is found that the pressure reducing valve does not reduce static pressure, the valve front shut-off valve can be opened and closed several times to flush the shut-off port. If it is ineffective, check whether the diaphragm, sealing gasket, and "O" ring are damaged.
