Y、 YR (IP23, IP44 duct ventilation), YKS、YRKS（IP44、IP54）， The H900~1000mm large three-phase asynchronous motor with a center height is a new product of our factory in the 1990s. Its power level, installation size, and electrical performance all comply with IEC standards GB755 "Rotating Electrical Machinery Rating and Performance" and GB/T13957-92 "Basic Series Technical Requirements for Large Three phase Asynchronous Motors".

Y、 The YR series is a basic series with a protection level of IP23 or IP44 (duct ventilation). The machine base is made of steel plate and has a popular box structure, which has the advantages of easy installation and maintenance, light weight, good rigidity, and excellent electrical performance. According to user requirements, motors with different protection levels and cooling methods can be derived. YKS and YRKS series air-water cooled motors are derivative products of Y and YR series, which are more suitable for places with high ambient temperatures and poor air circulation.

Y、 YR, YKS, and YRKS motors have a rated frequency of 50HZ, use F-class insulation, and have rated voltages of 6000V and 10000V. They can also be designed with different frequencies and voltages according to user requirements. The squirrel cage rotor adopts advanced welding technology and is made of copper bars. The shaft is generally single axis extension, but can also be made into double axis extension according to requirements; The YR series coils are made of F (H) grade insulation material wrapped around copper bars.

The bearing adopts end cap spherical sliding bearing, which has strong load capacity and easy maintenance. The main outlet box is designed according to the German DIN standard, with a protection level of IP54. It is generally installed on the right side of the motor (viewed from the spindle extension end), or can be installed on the left side according to user requirements. When the motor power is above 2000KW, there is also a secondary outlet box on the other side of the motor for leading out the neutral point of the stator three-phase line group.

The ventilation method of the motor is natural ventilation cooling, which can also be made into pipeline ventilation, air-to-air cooling, and air-water cooling.

Electric motors are used to drive various ventilation machinery such as compressors, water pumps, crushers, cutting machines, transportation machinery, and other equipment. If there are special requirements for the moment of inertia, a technical agreement should be signed before ordering to ensure the reliable operation of the motor through special design.
