1、 Product Overview:
The Y series (1P23) three-phase asynchronous motor is a general-purpose squirrel cage three-phase asynchronous motor, which is a newly designed and updated product. Its power level and installation size comply with IEC standards. The protection level of the motor casing is IP23, the cooling method is IC01, and it operates continuously (S1). It is suitable for places that do not contain flammable, explosive, corrosive gases and are relatively clean. Used to drive various mechanical equipment without special requirements, such as machine tools, pumps, fans, compressors, transportation machinery, etc.
Electric motors have advantages such as high efficiency, low noise, and large starting torque. The electric motor meets the technical requirements of JB5271-91 (H280) and 91 (H315-355) Y series (1P23) three-phase asynchronous motors.
The Y series (1P23) three-phase asynchronous motor adopts B-level insulation. The rated voltage is 380V, the rated frequency is 50Hz, the delta connection method, and the output box leads out six (H280) and three (H315-355) output terminals. The structure and installation type of the electric motor is IMB3 (with a base with feet, no flanges on the ports, horizontal), which can be started at full pressure or reduced pressure. The altitude of the operating location of the electric motor shall not exceed 1000m; the maximum ambient air temperature varies with the season, but shall not exceed 40 ℃; The minimum ambient air temperature is -15 ℃; The average maximum relative humidity during a wet month is 90%, and the average minimum temperature during that month is not higher than 25 ℃.
The electric motor has one shaft extension, which can be made into double shaft extensions according to user needs. The second shaft extension can also transmit rated power, but can only be driven by a coupling.

If there are other requirements, such as other rated voltages of 220-500V or 380/660V, frequency of 60Hz, six lead out terminals, etc., they should be contacted with the manufacturer in advance and specified in the contract.

The YR series (1P23) three-phase asynchronous motor adopts B-level insulation. The rated voltage is 380V, the rated frequency is 50Hz, the delta connection method, and the output box leads out six (H280) and three (H315-355) output terminals. The structure and installation type of the electric motor are IMB3 (base with feet, ports without flanges, horizontal), both of which are non brush lifting structures. The altitude of the operating location of the electric motor shall not exceed 1000m; the maximum ambient air temperature varies with the season, but shall not exceed 40 ℃; The minimum ambient air temperature is -15 ℃; The average maximum relative humidity during a wet month is 90%, and the average minimum temperature during that month is not higher than 25 ℃.
When starting the electric motor, a starting rheostat must be connected to the rotor circuit in advance. It is not allowed to directly short-circuit the rotor winding for starting.

1. Orders must specify the model, power, synchronous speed, voltage, frequency, installation type, etc. of the electric motor.
2. If there are other requirements that differ from the specifications of this sample, such as other rated voltages of 220-500V or 380/660V, frequencies of 60HZ, six lead out terminals, etc., please contact the manufacturer in advance and specify them in the contract.
