1、 Product Overview
The Y/YKS series 6kV high-voltage three-phase asynchronous motor is a cage rotor asynchronous motor (center height 355-630mm). The protection level of this motor is IP23, and the cooling method is IC01. The protection level of YKS series motors is IP44/IP54, and the cooling method is IC81W
This series of electric motors has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, small vibration, light weight, reliable performance, and easy installation and maintenance.
This series of electric motors can be used to drive various types of machinery. Such as ventilation fans, compressors, water pumps, crushers, cutting machines and other equipment, and can be used as prime movers in coal mines, machinery industry, power plants and various industrial and mining enterprises.
The structure and installation type of this series of motors are IMB3, and the rating is based on the continuous working system (S1). The rated frequency of the motor is 50Hz, and the rated voltage is 6kV. Other voltage levels or special requirements can be jointly negotiated with the user when ordering.
2、 Model meaning

Y 3551 – 4Y "represents cage rotor asynchronous motor; 3551 "indicates that the center height of the machine base is 355mm and the length of the No.1 iron core; '4' represents the number of poles.
3、 Ordering Notice (Users must specify the following requirements when placing an order)
Motor model (Y3551-4), rated power (220kW), rated voltage (6000V), rated frequency (50Hz), synchronous speed (1500r/min), installation method (1MB3), protection level (1P23), cooling method (IC01), insulation level (F), environmental conditions (1000m above sea level, ambient temperature 40 ℃).
Note: 2-pole and 4-pole motors are prohibited from being driven by pulleys; If users need to use pulleys for other extreme numbers, they should consult with the manufacturer in advance.
