GB 50344-2004 "Technical Standard for Inspection of Building Structures" JGJ/T152-2008 "Technical Specification for Inspection of Reinforcing Bars in Concrete"
application
The corrosion of steel bars in structural concrete reduces their effective cross-sectional area and increases their volume, leading to concrete expansion, peeling, and a decrease in the bond strength and bearing capacity between steel bars and concrete. This directly affects the safety and durability of concrete structures. Therefore, the detection of the degree of corrosion of steel bars in concrete structures is one of the important contents of the safety assessment and identification of existing building structures.
Product Features
1. The XS-100 steel corrosion detector adopts the polarization electrode principle and measures the surface potential of concrete through a copper/copper sulfate reference electrode. It determines whether the steel is corroded or the degree of corrosion based on the magnitude of the potential produced by the steel corrosion or the potential gradient formed.
2. Measure the surface potential of concrete to achieve non-destructive testing of the degree of corrosion of steel bars in concrete.
3. Store the potential values corresponding to each measurement area and display them graphically. And transmit the data to the upper computer software and perform operations on it.
4. Start detecting the ambient temperature. The instrument contains an automatic temperature measurement module that can automatically test, record, and display the ambient temperature on site without the need for a separate thermometer, making it convenient and fast.
