A loader generally consists of a frame, power transmission system, walking device, working device, steering and braking device, hydraulic system, and control system. The power of the engine is transmitted to the gearbox through the torque converter, and then transmitted to the front and rear axles through the transmission shaft to drive the wheels to rotate. The power of the internal combustion engine is also driven by the hydraulic pump through the transfer case. The working device consists of a boom, rocker arm, connecting rod, bucket, boom hydraulic cylinder, and rocker arm hydraulic cylinder. One end of the boom is hinged to the frame, and the other end is equipped with a bucket. The lifting of the boom is driven by the boom hydraulic cylinder, and the flipping of the bucket is achieved by the rotary bucket hydraulic cylinder through the rocker arm and connecting rod. The frame consists of two parts, front and rear, connected by hinge pins in the middle. By relying on the steering hydraulic cylinder, the front and rear frames can rotate relative to each other around the hinge pins to achieve steering.
