XDW-60 Rubber Low Temperature Brittle Testing Machine
XDW-60 Rubber Low Temperature Brittle Testing Machine
Product details
1、 Characteristics and Applications:
XDW-60 rubber exhibits low-temperature brittlenesstesting machineThe highest temperature at which the vulcanized rubber sample fails under specified conditions due to impact, known as the brittle temperature, can be used for comparative identification of the performance of plastics and other elastic materials under low temperature conditions. It can also determine the brittleness temperature and low-temperature performance of vulcanized rubber with different rubber materials or formulations. Therefore, quality inspection of scientific research materials and their products, control of production processes, and other aspects are indispensable.
The technical indicators of this specialized testing machine for plastics and rubber comply with the requirements of national standards such as GB/T 1682-1994 Low temperature brittleness single specimen method for vulcanized rubber. In the original design of this instrument, a cold well agitator has been added to make the temperature around the container more uniform, decrease the temperature faster, save time, and reduce energy consumption.
