(3) Negative pressure suction is carried out through negative pressure suction device 2 according to the preset pressure, and the oxygen concentration can be adjusted by pre filling gas to achieve the ideal low-pressure and low oxygen state.

(4) After reaching the predetermined pressure, clamp the valve of the air outlet 6 and place the low oxygen culture chamber 1 in the cell culture box for cultivation.
