I. Overview

The XAC pneumatic sleeve angle regulating valve consists of a pneumatic thin film multi spring actuator and a sleeve angle valve. Its structure has the following characteristics:

(1) Its valve body flow channel is linear, with low resistance loss, larger flow capacity than commonly used double seat valves, and a larger adjustable range.

(2) There are two or three rated flow coefficients in the same caliber, and each has two flow characteristics, making it easy to choose.

(3) Due to the lack of threaded fixing structure in the valve internals, it is easy to disassemble. If the valve internals need to be replaced, there is no need to remove the valve body from the pipeline; If a small hole sleeve is used, noise can be reduced.

⑷ Adopting a pressure balanced valve core, it has strong resistance to pressure difference.

(5) The valve core is guided by a sleeve, which has good stability.

The pneumatic thin film multi spring actuator used has a large output force and a compact product structure, making it suitable for situations where pipelines are arranged at right angles and have high pressure differentials. However, it is required that the medium does not contain solid particles such as sediment.
