
I. Overview

The throttling element is an elastic diaphragm, the valve body flow channel is smooth, the valve body lining and diaphragm are both corrosion-resistant materials, and the diaphragm seals the medium in the valve body cavity, so there is no packing box. Due to its special structure, its characteristics are as follows:
The valve body adopts corrosion-resistant lining The diaphragm is made of corrosion-resistant rubber and plastic, which can prevent the medium from corroding the valve body and other parts. It is suitable for controlling strong corrosive media such as strong acids and alkalis It can also control toxic and harmful media.
2. Used to control high viscosity fluids, it can also control fluids with suspended particles or fibers (particles or fibers have a hardness lower than rubber).
3. No stuffing box structure, the medium does not leak outward; Simple structure and easy maintenance; A shut-off valve can be used within the allowable pressure difference range.
But this type of valve is limited by temperature and pressure, so it is used to control low pressure, low temperature, corrosive or harmful environmental media.
