2、 Purpose:
The XA-24 constant temperature and constant current atmospheric sampler uses the national standard solution absorption method to determine harmful gases in ambient and indoor air. It adopts various advanced technologies, is fully functional, easy to operate, highly intelligent, lightweight, small in size, and easy to carry. It is an ideal tool for environmental monitoring, health and epidemic prevention, scientific research and teaching, industrial and mining enterprises and other units to collect harmful gas samples.
3、 Performance characteristics
1. The integrated design of the host sampling pump includes a built-in constant temperature box, which is small in size, light in weight, and easy to carry. 、
2. The rotary sampling pump made of imported DC brushless motor has automatic lubrication, all stainless steel pump body, high reliability, and a fault free operation time of more than 20000 hours.
3. Using imported flow sensors, the sampling flow rate is automatically controlled, and a microcontroller is used to control constant current sampling, automatically compensating for flow changes caused by voltage and resistance changes.
4. Sampling methods such as timed sampling, multiple interval sampling, immediate sampling, non interval sampling, and equidistant sampling can be set. Time can be set arbitrarily within 99 hours and 59 minutes.
5. Adopting imported wide temperature OLED display screen, the human-machine interface with good Chinese menu and vivid graphics eliminates the trouble of adjusting contrast, and can work in ultra-low temperature and low light environments.
6. Automatically calculate the sampling volume and simultaneously convert the cumulative standard sampling volume based on air pressure and temperature.
7. The instrument is equipped with a built-in lithium battery, which can sample without AC power supply. It can save data in case of AC power outage and automatically restore sampling when AC power is on. The power outage time during the sampling process is automatically deducted, and users can query the power outage time.
8. The constant temperature box adopts imported semiconductor module refrigeration, long-term electric heating film heating, long service life, and high temperature control accuracy.
9. The instrument has an automatic protection function, and if the set flow rate is not reached within a certain period of time during sampling, the instrument will enter automatic protection mode.
10. The sampling data is automatically memorized and saved. During the sampling process, information such as sampling volume, sampling time, sampling flow rate, and constant temperature box temperature can be queried at any time, making it convenient for users to check the working status of the instrument.
11. Equipped with a built-in date and clock, it has high timing accuracy and is convenient for users to use. It automatically measures parameters such as temperature, pressure, and atmospheric pressure.
12. The temperature control range of the constant temperature box is large, and it can be set freely within (15-30) ℃, with fast adjustment speed.
13. It has software calibration and password protection functions. Calibration of instrument flow rate, temperature, etc. can be performed through the keyboard; Maintenance and calibration require entering a password to ensure the safety of the instrument and prevent easy modification and errors. And provide the function of automatically restoring factory settings.
14. Data printing can be done by connecting to an optional micro printer via RS232, or exporting through a USB flash drive.
15. The unique three in one design of drying, filtering, and anti backflow suction in the drying cylinder can efficiently dry moisture, filter dust, and reduce the impact of backflow suction on flow rate, achieving long-term operation without cleaning.
