2、 Product Usage
The application of the national standard solution absorption method to collect toxic and harmful gases in the ambient air, and the national standard filter membrane weight method to collect particulate matter in the ambient air, is a new type of comprehensive atmospheric sampler that integrates the collection of harmful gases and particulate matter. It is suitable for unmanned all-weather work and is equipped with a high-strength aluminum alloy PM2.5 multi-stage particulate cutter to collect particles such as TSP, PM10, PM2.5, PM1, etc. It can be widely used in environmental monitoring, health and epidemic prevention, labor protection, scientific research institutions and other departments for sampling harmful gases and particulate matter.
3、 Performance characteristics
1. Featuring small size, light weight, low noise, high level of intelligence, stable flow rate, reliable operation, built-in heater, illustrated text, and integrated collection of harmful gases and particulate matter from the atmosphere.
2. Adopting imported wide temperature OLED display screen, with a good human-machine interface and vivid graphics, easy operation, and user-friendly Chinese graphic display, it can work in ultra-low temperature environments.
3. The microcomputer simultaneously controls three sets of sampling systems for two atmospheric channels and one particulate matter channel, with multiple sampling methods including simultaneous sampling, individual sampling, multiple sampling, alternate day sampling, and cyclic sampling.
4. The dual channel atmospheric and particulate matter three-way sampling systems both use imported DC brushless vacuum pumps, with a fault free usage time of over 20000 hours.
5. The optional XA-24 series portable AC/DC power supply can achieve sampling in situations without AC power.
6. Adopting imported pressure and flow sensors, the sampling flow accuracy is high and the stability is good. It can measure atmospheric pressure and temperature, and automatically convert states based on pressure and temperature.
7. Parameters such as sampling flow rate, startup time, sampling time, interval time, and number of cycles can be set.
8. Automatic fault protection function, users can set their own limit protection flow pressure, and if the set flow rate is not reached within the specified time, automatic shutdown protection will be implemented to prevent damage.
9. When there is a power outage, data is saved. When there is an incoming call, sampling is automatically restored, and the power outage time during the sampling process is automatically deducted. Users can also query the power outage time.
10. The unique three in one design of drying, filtering, and anti backflow suction in the drying cylinder can efficiently dry moisture, filter dust, and reduce the impact of backflow suction on flow rate, achieving long-term operation without cleaning.
11. The instrument can be calibrated through the keyboard, and maintenance requires a password to enter, ensuring the security of instrument data and preventing easy modification errors. It also provides the function of restoring factory settings.
12. Sampling settings and automatic memory settings for sampling data, priority should be given to the next startup, achieving one click sampling.
13. This instrument is equipped with an intelligent heater that can automatically heat the sampling bottle, and adopts a fully wrapped design for sampling at low temperatures.
14. The tripod cloud desktop design is convenient for users to use, and the XA series cutters are made of high-strength aluminum alloy material with anti-static adsorption.
15. Data printing can be done by selecting a micro printer through the RS232 interface, and it can also be exported through a USB flash drive with the host automatically recognizing the capacity of the USB flash drive.
