X-ray Fluorescence Analyzer EA1000AIII
The EA1000AIII X-ray fluorescence analyzer has achieved low cost by further upgrading the optional precision management software and making it a standard equipment.
1. Low priced entry-level models
Maintain the same price as our original model (SEA1000A II), while adopting a new silicon semiconductor detector, electrical control system, and mechanical drive for high speed. Compared with the original model (SEA1000A II), the average detection time has been reduced to one-third, and the previously optional "Environmental Restricted Substance Determination Software Ver.2" that needs to be purchased separately has been made a standard configuration.
2. The various new features of the environmental restriction substance measurement software Ver.2 have strengthened the hazardous substance measurement function - material judgment function
After the measurement starts, it only takes a little time to determine the material type of the sample. In the past, it was necessary to choose an analysis method before measurement. With the device that automatically judges the material, there will be no more confusion in the selection of analysis methods.

3. Improvement of operability - operation panel
The indicators and electronic sounds on the control panel can indicate the status of the measurement. By measuring the progress bar on the panel, one can grasp the progress of the measurement.

4. Standard substances for various environmental restrictions
In addition to the restricted elements (Cd, Pb, Hg, Br, Cr) under the RoHS directive, our company has also developed and manufactured standard substances suitable for the management of substances such as chlorine (Cl), antimony (Sb), and tin (Sn).

5. Sample converter (optional)
Equipped with a sample converter that can continuously measure up to 12 samples.

6. Based on the environmental restriction substance measurement software Ver.2, centralized data management and trend management have been achieved
Precision management software not only shortens measurement time, but also improves detection efficiency and reduces costs by using a database for centralized management of measurement data within the site (retrieval, viewing, parsing, editing, printing, and report generation).
