HT-Y319Q Sauce Packaging Machine is a three pair roller vertical packaging machine designed for automatic packaging of viscous materials, suspensions, sauces, and other materials. It can achieve packaging with three or four side seals.

This machine uses two frequency converters from Panasonic in Japan for dual frequency control. The equipment is easy to operate and maintain. This machine uses a pair of adjustable width longitudinal sealing rollers for longitudinal sealing, then uses a fixed width transverse sealing roller for the first transverse sealing, and finally uses high-precision control valves for quantitative filling of the product. Finally, perform a second horizontal sealing, and then use a cold horizontal sealing roller to imprint the production batch number and date. Finally, it is cut into individual bags using cutting blades.
