Some precautions for choosing a cyclone dust collector
1. The purified gas volume of the cyclone dust collector should be consistent with the actual amount of dust containing gas that needs to be processed. When choosing a cyclone dust collector diameter, it should be as small as possible. If a larger airflow is required, it is advisable to use several small diameter cyclone dust collectors in parallel.
2. The inlet wind speed of the cyclone dust collector should be maintained at 18-23m/s. If it is too low, the dust removal efficiency will decrease; if it is too high, the resistance loss and power consumption will increase, and the improvement in dust removal efficiency will not be significant.
3. The selected cyclone dust collector has low resistance loss, low power consumption, simple structure, and easy maintenance.
4. The small dust particles that can be captured by the cyclone dust collector should be slightly smaller than the dust particle size in the treated gas.
When the temperature of the dusty gas is high, the cyclone dust collector should be equipped with insulation facilities to prevent moisture from condensing inside and affecting the dust removal effect.
When the gas contains flammable and explosive dust, the cyclone dust collector should be equipped with explosion-proof devices
