Wood plastic composite products are a new generation of green and environmentally friendly materials that are flourishing both internationally and domestically. This material is made by extruding low-cost waste wood, plant fibers (such as sawdust, corn stalks, cotton stalks, reed stalks, etc.), and waste plastics (PP, PE, PVC, etc.), with a wide range of raw material sources. It is a good substitute for wood, widely used internationally and gradually recognized and widely adopted domestically.

At present, most domestic enterprises adopt a two-step method to produce wood plastic composite products, which is inefficient and costly. After years of dedicated research, our company has successfully developed a specialized equipment for the one-step production of wood plastic composite products using co rotating twin-screw extruders, filling the gap in this field in China. This marks a new breakthrough in China's wood plastic composite product processing equipment.
